How long does the fragrance last?
Each Scentsual scent is a true Eau de Parfum at 20–22% concentration — a far richer dose than the everyday Eau de Toilette. Expect 8 to 10 hours of wear, with the base notes lingering longest. Longevity always runs a little longer on moisturised skin and on fabric.
Is this an original perfume or a tester?
Every bottle is a sealed, full-size 50ml Eau de Parfum — never a tester, decant, or refill. Each one ships brand-new with its original packaging intact.
How much does shipping cost, and how fast is it?
Shipping is free across India. All orders are processed within 24 hours, and standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Pay securely with UPI, all major cards, or net banking — all orders are prepaid. You'll receive tracking the moment your order leaves our facility.
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, message us at contact@scentsual.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo (or unboxing video), and we'll ship you a free replacement — nothing to send back. Beyond that, fragrances are personal-care products, so all sales are final: once a bottle leaves our facility, hygiene standards mean it can't be restocked or resold.
Is 50ml allowed in carry-on luggage?
Yes. At 50ml, the bottle sits well within the 100ml liquid limit for cabin baggage on most airlines — easy to carry wherever you're headed.
How should I apply it to make it last?
Spray onto pulse points — wrists, the base of the neck, behind the ears — from a few inches away. Let it settle rather than rubbing, which can crush the top notes. A light layer over moisturised skin holds the longest.
Are these suitable for sensitive skin?
Our fragrances are crafted to be skin-friendly and are 100% cruelty-free. As with any perfume, if you have very sensitive skin, we suggest a small patch test on the inner arm first, or spritzing onto clothing instead.
