Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Scentsual! We are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances swiftly and safely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with your tracking details.

  • Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturdays will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all across India using reliable courier partners. Offering FREE Shipping Pan-India

Estimated delivery timelines across regions are as follows:

Destination Region Estimated Delivery Time
Bengaluru & Karnataka 2 to 3 Business Days
Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, etc.) 3 to 5 Business Days
Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & States) 5 to 7 Business Days

> Note regarding Fragrances: Because perfumes contain alcohol, liquid restrictions may require our logistics partners to utilize secure surface transportation. This can occasionally add 1–2 days to remote locations, but ensures your items arrive safely.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive an automated email and/or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to live-track your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

4. Wrong Address & Undelivered Shipments

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address, including the pin code and contact number. Scentsual Lifestyle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Failed Deliveries: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete address, incorrect phone number, or prolonged unavailability of the recipient, a shipping fee may apply to re-route or re-ship the order.

5. Damages in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, leaking, or crushed by the carrier, please document it immediately. Take a photo or video before opening, and contact us within 48 hours at contact@scentsual.in so we can fast-track a complimentary replacement for you.
